Etro, the color loving fashion label from Milan
Etro is an italian fashion boutique, based in Milan. It was founded in 1968 by Gerolamo Etro and is still today a family owned business. Etro typically uses the best materials, light fabrics and bright designs with original color combinations (the Paisly pattern is a characteristic Etro motif). The Milan based designer understands how to combine different style directions and different cultures to achieve the unique Etro style. The early collections were inspired from the many travels of the founders to the Orient and to India. Today, the label can be found in the wardrobes of many style conscious women who demand the finest quality. The brand embodies a modern, luxurious and glamorous lifestyle.

The lead designer for the women's collection is the daughter of the founder, Veronica Etro. The design of the menswear collection is led by the son, Kean Etro.
